A curtain wall is an outer covering of a building in which the outer walls are non-structural, utilized only to keep the weather out and the occupants in. Since the curtain wall is non-structural, it can be made of lightweight materials, such as Aluminium and Glass, thereby potentially reducing construction costs. All our metal is computer cut and with 2 x Emmegi T3a CNC Machines, every-think lines up perfect every-time.

Structural glazing systems, in their simplest form, are types of curtain wall systems consisting of glass that is bonded or anchored back to a structure without the use of continuously gasketed aluminium pressure plates or caps. Structurally glazed systems create a greater transparency than traditional captured systems.

A heavy duty commercial rig, designed and engineered to cope with lifting big weights with ease.
Four or six load bearing extension arms can be configured as required to accommodate any glass shape. While the two central cups remain constant, the outer cups can be turned off and on as required.

Precise application of silicone materials in insulating glass or structural glazing applications is critical for delivering superior adhesion, durability and leak-free performance. Advanced pumping technology creates a better, more consistent bead – which results in reduced rework and less wasted material.
Shin-ETsu Shin-Etsu FC-295-SG
SEALANT-FC-295SG is a two-part silicone sealant for unitized curtain wall systems. It is a fast-cure material with excellent adhesion to most glass and painted aluminum surfaces. Once cured, this sealant becomes a high modulus and flexible silicone rubber suitable for structural and weather seal applications. This sealant contributes to the superior productivity and high reliability.

- Used with an airless mixing system, when mixed the material exhibits very high workability, even in low temperature environments
- Mixing ratio: Adjusted to 10 (BASE): 1 (CAT) by volume
- Cures very fast and features excellent adhesion to most common materials
- Superior weather resistance to temperature change, moisture, ozone and ultraviolet rays
*RTV stands for ‘room temperature vulcanizing’ which means that this material can be cured at room temperature
